EGO

今更ですが、Just found out this song was originally sung by Coldplay. Can hardly believe it 'cause izza has turned it into an entirely diffierent song...different main melody, different mood, different aura.
The orig ver is more like a common party song, like other ones in A Head Full of Dreams. Nothing special to me tbh. But izza had made it so sentimental and soft, with that kinda lo-fi beats in the begining, it reminds me of some dreams I don't even remember, and memories of riding bikes all alone in deserted streets of eastern city near the ocean.

Removing the bass when the lines come to "feel my heart beating" is same as the orig ver did, but it's truly a great arrangement that deserved to be kept.

Can't say no more, just love it so mumumumuch (I need to fucking stop it).
